Books
Books with blue and orange labels may be borrowed overnight (from two hours before closing until 10 a.m. the following morning). These books can be borrowed for the weekend from Thursday at 17:45 until Sunday at 10 a.m.

Videocassettes, audio and multimedia compact discs and slides
These items can be borrowed by academic staff and graduate students for classroom presentation purposes only.

DVD
DVDs for classroom use must be reserved in advance:
Media 3129 (internal) or 04-8249129 or
email.
Loan period of DVDs:
For ecturers: 3 days
For students: Overnight
On Sundays to Thursdays from 17:45 until 10:00 the following morning
On Thursdays from 15:45 until 10:00 the following Sunday morning
On Fridays from 8:30 until 10:00 the following Sunday morning
NOTE: DVDs that have been reserved cannot be borrowed

Can be borrowed for a week

Play Scripts
Can be borrowed for a week

Software
Can be borrowed for a week. The reader can renew cd-kits by using the library’s online catalog or phone renewal system.

The Media materials must be returned to the Media service desk. The loan period may be changed in accordance with research and study needs.

Photocopy and printing policy
Photocopying from the book collections is permitted, except where indicated “do not photocopy”. Many items in the open stacks at the Media department are brittle or fragile and require great care in handling. Generally, these items are marked "Do not photocopy." Media staff members will be glad to assist you with alternatives to the self-service photocopy machines and any photocopying questions you may have.
