What we are doing about it
Extended opening hours
From the beginning of the first semester of the 2015/16 school year, the library will be open till 20:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, till 18:00 on Sundays and Thursdays, and till 13:00 on Fridays.
Fulltext Hebrew journals
We are continuing to expand access to full text articles in Hebrew via the Index to Hebrew Periodicals (IHP). We currently provide full-text access to 47 Hebrew journals via JSTOR.
 Additional workstations
We have added an additional 14 workstations in the Reserved Collections area.
PC availability software
Software is now available at the Circulation Desk to help patrons find available workstations.

Quick printing
We have added a dedicated quick printer in the central wing next to the other printers.
Booking system for group study and doctoral rooms
We have extended the duration in the room booking service to a maximum of 4 hours.
Improved signage
We have added new colorful signage in the library and are continuing to do so.

We closed the bridge between the southern wing (library offices/study rooms) and the central wing (Reserved Collections) to reduce the noise level. In addition, librarians and security staff tour the library making sure that quiet is maintained.
Food and drink in library
We now have designated areas for eating and drinking in addition to the coffee bar in the library.

Free book and article ordering
We now offer free ILL for items ordered from the Technion (for faculty, PhD and MA students).
