Copy and Paste Text Formatting

The font, size, style, and color of any selected text can be copied and pasted onto a new selection. This feature is particularly useful when you repeatedly need to set more than one characteristic, such as the font and size, or two styles together.

1. On the Edit menu, choose Copy As>Style Only to copy the text format of the selected text.
   
   This can be done from any tab and is the way you would copy a style in a Bible text or a tool.
2. Select the text to which the text formatting is to be applied and click Edit>Copy As>Paste Style. The formatting is applied to the selected text.
   
   You can only paste the text formatting on text that can be edited using the Font bar.
