When reading the table below, the “–” symbol indicates instructions to press the indicated key at the same time. For example: –Ctrl––C means to press the Control key, Command key, and C key at the same time.

Copy the selected text as a citation

Ctrl+F–

Places the Cursor in the Search All box (top right of the Workspace)

Open the Define Highlight Styles dialog box

Ctrl+Alt+ C

Copy the lexical forms underlying a tagged or Key number text

Ctrl+Alt+ M Magnifies the activeThe application, window, tab, or other screen element which is currently being used; sometimes called the "front" or "frontmost" screen element zone or restores it to its original position

Open the Page Setup dialog box
