One of its branches is the Historical Jewish Press collection, which contains Jewish newspapers published in various countries, languages, and time periods, including Belarusian Jewry in Russian Empire period. As a unique source of primary historical information, the Jewish Historical Press is treated on our website as a separate material type, providing another perspective on Jewish everyday life, culture, persecution and emigration.
