Computers and Wi Fi
Library visitors are welcome to use 132 public computer stations which are located in the central wing (the entrance floor) and in the Northern library wing. In addition, 13 public computers are located in the reading room on the ground level (floor 0) of the Southern wing.
Fifteen additional computers are available in Class 166 on the first floor of the central wing (use of computers in class 166 is possible at times when no training is offered). Multimedia stations for watching and listening to audio and video segments, as well as a station for basic video editing are located at the reserved collection. The circulation desk offers eight laptops for up to a 4 hour loan period. Students interested in working on public computers at the university are invited to use the computer classes spread throughout the campus. Various software programs are installed in these classes.
Wireless network
There are several wireless networks in the campus. More information is available on the computer and information systems division website (in Heb.)
SPSS Software
The SPSS software package is installed on the following computers in the Library:
Reading room at level 0 of the south wing: two computers, identified with signs
Room 281 in the entry level of the Library: all computers in the room
Classroom 166: all computers in the room.
